Preheat the oven to 220ᵒC. Grease with butter and line a baking tray with flour.
In a saucepan, on the right heat, bring to the boil the milk, chocolate liqueur, rum, salt, sugar and the 2 kinds of butter. Take the pan off the heat and add all the flour once. Mix quickly until the dough forms a large lump and comes off the bottom of the bowl. Allow the dough to cool.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. On the prepared tray form 2 large hearts from the dough. Bake for 10 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 200ᵒC, leave for another 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature. at 180ᵒC and leave for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the puddings.
For the cappuccino pudding, put the milk with cappuccino in a pan on the right heat. Cut the vanilla pod into 2, lengthwise, grate the seeds and put them in the pan with milk. Bring to the boil then turn off the heat and let it infuse. 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the vanilla pod and discard. Put the cappuccino milk on the fire again and add 100 g of brown sugar. Dissolve the starch in 100 ml of cold water then pour into the pan. Leave the mixture boil, stirring, until it thickens like a pudding. Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature then allow to cool completely.
For the chocolate pudding, put the milk with sherry and 100 gr brown sugar in a pan on the right heat. In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder with the starch and 100 ml of cold water then add it to the milk pan. Allow the mixture to boil, stirring, until it thickens like a pudding. Allow the pudding to cool to room temperature then allow to cool completely.
For caramel, melt the sugar with honey and water and leave it on the fire until it gets the caramel color. Then take the pan off the heat and add the vanilla and the coloring.
For assembly, put a heart on the plate, grease it with chocolate pudding, then with cappuccino pudding and then again with the chocolate pudding and cover with the other heart. Pour the caramel syrup over the whole cake (if it has hardened, put it back on the fire until it becomes liquid) then leave it for a few minutes until it hardens. The cake is then decorated according to everyone's imagination.

CAKE WITH WALNUTS AND COFFEE & # 8211 TABLE PREPARATION. In a large bowl put eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and rum. Mix with the mixer at high speed, 10 minutes or until the eggs double in volume. We wash the tray in which we baked the cake, we wipe it very well, we cover it with food foil. Thus, the cake will be very easy to remove at the end.
