It's a salad from Robert Rainford from one of his books. Let's not forget that Robert was in Bucharest this year and that he "haunts" on our site by Jamie :)
- 6 medium potatoes, peeled
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup chopped pickles (75 gr)
- 5 chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 gr)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper (5 gr)
- S.O.S
- 1/4 cup sour cream (50 gr)
- 1/2 cup whipped milk (125 ml)
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Servings: 6
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Potato salad with whipped milk:
Boil the potatoes, with salt, in a large pot for 15-20 minutes or until well penetrated. Take them off the heat and let them cool
Mix in a bowl the pepper slices with diced egg, pickles and green onions
Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Put the potatoes and chives in the bowl, stirring slowly.
In a separate bowl put the ingredients for the sauce and mix well. Pour the sauce over the salad and leave it to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
You can also add black olives, capers (pancakes well before but)
So will not go.
I fully share her point of view. I think it is a good idea. I agree with you.
I'll shut up maybe
She is supposed to tell you the wrong way.
